Beautiful or Hideous? You Decide: The 2010 Honda Crosstour

Honda’s new Accord Crosstour is an unusual product for Honda. The automaker’s lineup features numerous models that are generally conservative when it comes to styling, including the Honda Accord sedan which the new Accord Crosstour is based on. But the Crosstour is a departure for Honda as it features a far bolder, attention-grabbing shape.

Despite having a love-it-or-hate-it style, customers among Honda Providence dealers are already flocking to the showroom to get a glimpse of this new model. Competing against the similarly styled Toyota Venza, the 2010 Accord Crosstour is part wagon, part crossover, and is expected to appeal to a specific niche of buyers rather than the more mainstream consumers that prefer the Civic or Accord sedan.

Alan Mulally Shines in Big Three Bailout Aftermath

It wasn't long ago when Ford was very much apart of the Big Three's unpopular request for government loans. Following the company's decision to forge it's own path through the dismal economic conditions that lay ahead, Ford has since emerged as a one of the few shinning stars in the industry as it slashed debt and quickly showed signs of a turnaround.

As the President and CEO of Ford Motor Company, Alan Mulally is certainly responsible for the positive news that has surrounded a company recently plagued by poor quality products and plummeting sales. Prior to Ford, Mulally was credited for turning things around at Boeing as it battled rival Airbus, and Southern Maryland Ford suggests that he seems to have done the impossible yet again.

This interview covers Mulally's thoughts on the turnaround at Ford. More importantly, Alexandria Ford dealers say it indicates the sweeping changes that are in store that will ultimately benefit consumers. Ford dealers Washington DC in particular are excited for the ultra efficient hybrids and electric cars that will be in showrooms within the next few years.

Style May Be Nissan Cube’s Best Attribute

The Nissan Cube has been gaining plenty of attention. While it’s an appealing offering, the attention is probably due to the Nissan Cube’s bold and distinctive exterior styling. The Cube will likely get plenty of love-it or hate-it reactions as the exterior is quite box-like, but the price will make this youthful crossover appealing to plenty of buyers looking for value.

But exterior isn’t the only thing that helps the Boston Nissan Cube stand out. Inside, the Cube’s youthful and distinctive styling continues. For example, the headliner features a circular pattern that mimics the ripple effect of throwing a stone into a pond. Pennsylvania Nissan says that like its main competitor, the Scion xB, the Cube offers unique colors and customization inside.

The marketing of the new Nissan Cube refers to the cube as a “Mobile Device,” alluding that the car is both fun and functional. Functionality plays a big role in the design according to one dealer that specializes in New Haven Car Loans, as the windows provide outstanding visibility and the interior is filled with ample storage compartments just to name a couple features.

Although the interior is a big unusual, Framingham Nissan have already seen plenty of interest in the new car. With a competitive price tag and class leading fuel economy, what’s not to like? Powering the Nissan Cube is a 1.8-liter four-cylinder engine mated to a CVT. With a base price under $14K, Hartford Auto Loans expects that the Cube should appeal to customers beyond its target demographic.

2010 Ford Taurus SHO Available Soon

Although the Ford Taurus was one of Ford's most successful models, some said that it lacked excitement or any real driving pleasure. That may have been true until Ford released the high performance Taurus SHO model says Providence Used Cars. With the recently reincarnated Taurus nameplate, Ford is also brining back the sporty SHO as well.

For 2010, the Ford Taurus is all-new. Combining new features, styling, and the high-performance SHO model, one used car dealer St Paul expects that the Taurus nameplate will regain some of its sales success of the past. Thanks to a twin turbocharged 3.5-liter EcoBoost V6, St Paul Ford says the latest model will have ample power to take on the likes of the Chrysler 300C and the Dodge Charger.

The Ford Taurus SHO will be available this summer with a base price under $38,000. Ashland Ford has already received numerous inquiries regarding this new model, and despite the decline in new car sales, both the base Taurus and SHO are expected to give the competition a run for its money.
