Rare Look Inside BMW Design Works USA

The BMW Design Works USA facility is home to some of BMW’s most talented designers. It’s here that new product design innovations are created every day. The studio is where BMW not only develops innovative automotive designs, but where it also designs everything from bicycles to personal electronics to everyday appliances for outside clients.

The video is a rare look inside this exclusive design studio. While the video highlights non-automotive design, BMW Los Angeles points out that it also shows how BMW is able to stay at the forefront of automotive design. A Boston Infiniti EX dealer admits that through constant experimentation and delving into design outside of the automotive realm, BMW designers are able to think outside the box and continually surprise consumers.

Design is one of the most important selling features of the premium segment according to Pittsburgh Acura. Having the a design that compliments posh materials and amenities is what makes a premium car successful.

BMW Design Works is based in southern California and provides design strategy, development, and brand communication services to clients in a wide range of industries. For more information, check out the BMW Designworks USA website

Style May Be Nissan Cube’s Best Attribute

The Nissan Cube has been gaining plenty of attention. While it’s an appealing offering, the attention is probably due to the Nissan Cube’s bold and distinctive exterior styling. The Cube will likely get plenty of love-it or hate-it reactions as the exterior is quite box-like, but the price will make this youthful crossover appealing to plenty of buyers looking for value.

But exterior isn’t the only thing that helps the Boston Nissan Cube stand out. Inside, the Cube’s youthful and distinctive styling continues. For example, the headliner features a circular pattern that mimics the ripple effect of throwing a stone into a pond. Pennsylvania Nissan says that like its main competitor, the Scion xB, the Cube offers unique colors and customization inside.

The marketing of the new Nissan Cube refers to the cube as a “Mobile Device,” alluding that the car is both fun and functional. Functionality plays a big role in the design according to one dealer that specializes in New Haven Car Loans, as the windows provide outstanding visibility and the interior is filled with ample storage compartments just to name a couple features.

Although the interior is a big unusual, Framingham Nissan have already seen plenty of interest in the new car. With a competitive price tag and class leading fuel economy, what’s not to like? Powering the Nissan Cube is a 1.8-liter four-cylinder engine mated to a CVT. With a base price under $14K, Hartford Auto Loans expects that the Cube should appeal to customers beyond its target demographic.
